Primavera's visibility is a bubble, not a footprint.

At its own address and immediately south toward Town 'N' Country, Primavera is #1 or #2 for VPK, kindergarten, and after-school searches alike, ahead of every named competitor. Move about three miles northeast or east, toward the Waters Ave / Hillsborough Ave corridor, and it drops out of the top 10 or disappears entirely, even though that's still well within a normal drop-off radius for Westchase families. The competitors who own that corridor (Kiddie Academy, Amazing Explorers, Childlife) aren't beating Primavera on rating. They just show up there and Primavera doesn't.

Two peaks a year, the same two peaks in every term

The single biggest term in the category, 1,000-1,600 searches a month. The 1,600 peak actually ties across five separate months (Aug, Jan, Mar, Apr, May); Dec and Feb are the clear low points at 1,000.

Kindergarten searches, and the one hyperlocal outlier

"Daycare westchase fl" is the only truly neighborhood-level term with enough volume to track, and it breaks the pattern: it spikes in October, not August or January. Small numbers, but a real, specific signal. Two months are missing for "kindergarten tampa" (Apr, May), Google reported no measurable volume those months rather than a real zero.

This isn't "Primavera is losing." At its own doorstep it's already beating every one of these, including Kiddie Academy's 120 reviews. The real story is a visibility bubble that stops at almost exactly the point where the technical findability problem starts mattering: once the site and profile are fixed, the same reputation that already wins at home has a real shot at extending into the Waters Ave corridor rather than ceding it by default.
